THE DESIGN EXPERIENCE
The LEI Team takes the creative and design lead in designing your home. We follow a four-phase approach that has proven to bring projects in on time and budget.

Initial Inquiry
We collect the scope of work and prepare our design and/or renovation proposal and discuss our process and what to expect in working with us in great depth.

Design Conceptualization
Our full-service design includes an initial design consultation where we get to know you and the requirements of the project a bit more closely. From here, we develop floor plans, elevations, budget, source all elements for your home including material finishes, furnishings and décor. We conduct a presentation to showcase our design for you.

Procurement + Execution
Once your final design is approved, we procure, keep track of and store all items allowing the LEI Team to deal with any deficiencies ahead of time. We produce your design management schedule and begin your project. The LEI Design Team will conduct routine site visits to ensure the design is being executed to our standards. Once the construction is complete, we install all furnishings with our trusted movers and installers for the big reveal!

Wrap up + Deficiencies
We tour your home with you once all construction and installations are complete. We want everything to be perfect and ask that you jot down any deficiencies you note. We promptly take care of them for that perfect look.

Our experience has taught us that our full-service design is how we best help our clients. Along with the investment and time that goes into creating each design, our clients are those who see value in professional design services and trust our values, contemporary aesthetics, and opinions.
Our specialty is full-service design and renovations of condo units and homes. We’ve partnered with a selected few contracting firms that specialize in condo construction or large-scale renovations and custom home building. This allows us to execute a seamless project from design to execution.
We also help clients with furnishing projects. Our full-service decorating project is best suited for clients who don’t want to undergo extensive renovations but are interested in updating their homes with respect to overall feeling and finishes.
Our new Design Session Services are ideal for those who want to take the lead on your home project but need some guidance for the designer touch.
We are currently accepting new projects in Northern Ontario and Southern Ontario as well as Florida.
